Charity status

The Society is an unincorporated voluntary association, which is registered as a Scottish charity (SC035033).

No part of the income or property of the Society shall be paid to the members, except for reimbursement of expenses as approved by the committee, either in the course of the Society's existence or on dissolution.

If the Society is dissolved its assets shall be transferred to another charitable body with similar objectives.
